I wanted to use the model to close the vent as part of the End G-Code script, but I could not get the closing to work correctly due to the lever pivoting a little around the screw and exerting a torque which would increase the force required to move it significantly. Tightening the screw further would instead increase the friction between vent and grate too much.

To solve this I extended the design to have support flanges on both sides and it sits nice and tight.

Print instructions:
0.2 Layer height
15% infill
Supports for the top flanges
See image for orientation on the build plate

NOTE!
If you change to this part you need to update the End G-Code script provided in the original design slightly to adjust for the added width. I would still recommend manually checking the positions yourself, but the script below is the one I use.

; ------------------------------------------
; Close the vent if it has been opened

{if filament_type[initial_tool] =~ /.(PLA|PETG)./} G1 Y0 F10000 ; go to safe position G1 X120 ; right of lever G1 Y-7 ; engagement position G1 X105 F1000 ; push lever left G1 X120 F10000 ; retract to the right G1 Y0 ; go to safe position {endif} ; ------------------------------------------
