Based on a make comment:
the print may be unballanced a bit and fall down the frame of the door while shutting it. What i can suggest is adding a small bit of poster tack putty or glue drop sticker on the parts that connect to the frame
I also believe that you can get better detail if you print them vertically, but i would take more time bc of the supports. (I did not print them myself but this is what i observed while checking it in prusa slicer :))
