Every commercially available DW735 is just a DRO with a customized bracket to fit with DW735. So here is a bracket I designed that should work with this Generic DRO
You will also need Assorted Metric Screw and Nuts.
Installation Steps:
- Screw in the top and bottom brackets using M3 Screws
- Use original screws to screw the bottom bracket to the base
- Screw in the carriage bracket to the carriage using M3 screws and a bunch of washers to tighten
- Screw the carriage to the body using M4 screws and the washers
- To calibrate, raise the planer almost all the way up and remove the stopper screw. This will let you lower the planer all the way down and set it as 0
