SawLink Electric QuickMount brings the same lightweight, modular pole-mounted chainsaw system as the Universal QuickMount — but takes it to the next level with electric triggering.
Instead of a wire-based pull system, the chainsaw is powered and triggered via an electrical extension cord with a built-in switch, making operation smoother, cleaner, and more reliable.
This setup drastically reduces tool weight at the cutting end, since the battery can now be mounted on your waist or hung on the pole base — thanks to a dedicated interface at the bottom of the mount.
It also includes a quick-release cable clamp to secure the power wire and prevent accidental pulling during operation.
Just like the Universal version, it’s fully 3D printable, requires no tools for assembly, and works perfectly for users who frequently switch between handheld and pole-mounted modes.
Prefer a purely mechanical version with a wire trigger? Try SawLink Universal QuickMount or the more traditional SawLink Universal ToughMount.

If you dont have any special requirements I would use the 50mm long version. then secure the 3D printed holder to your chainsaw as per the drawings. Check fitment before tightening; adjust screw lengths as needed (30–50 mm) default: 50mm.
Bottom pole mount:
Secure the bottom pole mount to the bottom of the pole using two printed screws. Just like with the Chainsaw holder/top mount, If you dont have any special requirements I would use the 50mm long version
Electrical Setup:
Connect the extension cord (for example: SawLink Electric Extension Cord between your Makita battery) and chainsaw.
The built-in switch allows remote activation from the handle end.
Cable Management:
Use the integrated quick-release clamp to guide and secure the power cable with a printed screw.
Battery Mount:
Depending on extension cord: Hang the battery holder on your waist belt or use the base interface to attach it directly to the pole.
