This is a 250x250 block of spool halves, designed to combine together in 2 pieces to 500x250mm.
Print 2 of the same spool halves.
Print 1 spool connector piece to help align them.
Glue together at the seam.
Use lightning infill to avoid using too much infill for giant objects, or adaptive cubic if you want something strong all around.
