General:
A simple, strong, stud mountable hanger for Ikea Trofast
Why I designed this:
We rearranged my son's room, and wanted the floor clear for easy cleaning. This allowed us to use the flexibility of Ikea's system while keeping the floor open for shoe storage, robovacs, etc..
Printing notes:
Layer height: Maker's choice
Recommended Material: PC or Nylon. Could work with ASA/ABS or PETG, but I have not tested these.
Supports: None
Infill: 25% Triangle
Walls: 6
Other Modifiers: Print as oriented, or else on the hypotenuse depending on your load.
Material Quantity: ≈23 grams each
I printed from Overture PC Pro on Qidi Q2 at .2 layer height with 6 walls, 25% triangle infill, 60°C chamber temp, at 100mm/s as oriented. I mounted these using one metal screw in anchor rated at 75Lbs at the top of each bracket, and spaced the brackets 18" apart with good success.
