My son wanted to dress like a juice box, I used these to make a straw out of paper rolls.
Print at draft no supports event for the 45 degree version. Print that last one with no infill. You roll may have a different diameter, try printing one first. On the slicer you can reduce it. It does not matter if the Z is smaller or larger as it fits in the tube.
Also include the Fusion 360 models in case changes are needed.
