Wall hook with hidden screws.
I designed two models: single and double hooks.
It is very strong and easy to print. The base is fixed to the wall using 2 screws (holes are M3.5). The hook slides from the top with a small click in the end to keep it in place.
Remember to install the base in the wall with the groove to the top.
I have added screenshots with my suggestion of print orientation.
