These handles are intended for clamps with a conical handle shaft with a slightly offset 4mm hole for a pin. This pin is replaced by an M4x30 screw. Installing this screw is not necessarily required, but recommended
When installing the handle make sure to orient it the right way, otherwise the screw hole won't line up.
