This is the newer improved version of my 1911 Pistol Lighter, it's designed to use Heat-Set Inserts.
You're gonna need:
5x M3 Heat Set Inserts and M3x12 Screws
4x M4 Heat-Set Inserts and M4x10mm Screws
Originally printed on a Prusa XL
I printed this Design in Extrudr NX2 Matte PLA and didn't have any Issues.
I also did one in Gold Prusament, but had trouble getting the Supports to come out, so I'd advise on inserting a Separation Layer of PETG for the supports or do the supports in petg altogether if you're using something like Prusament.
The Trigger was printed with 100% Infill, the Gunbody got printed with 60% Triangular Infill and the Grips with 15% Triangular Infill, I added supports on the inside hollow areas
