Family of mine was working on an Meccano project with a chain driven through a gear on an axle, but the nut to clamp the gear to the axle was missing. I printed them a new one and while at it, I also made them some bushings. These are both needed to attach this gear to an axle:

The assembly can be seen in the center of the main picture.
Nut
- Usage: it starts with an inner thread, but narrows, applying inward pressure when tightened
- Size (w x d x h): 23.4 x 20.3 x 11.1 mm
- Inner diameter of 9.6 to 16.0 mm
Bushing
- Usage: inserted into the gear and acts as a spacer between the axle and the gear
- Size (w x d x h): 9.5 x 9.5 x 6.3 mm
- Inner diameter: 4.4 mm
Printing
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- As the parts are rather small, consider printing a bit slower than normal to compensate for low bed adhesion.
- Print the nut with the tapered inside facing the print bed.
