🔧 Herramienta simple pero clave para mis impresoras 3D: diseñé este cortador de tubos de teflón con dos medidas específicas 🎯

Dos de mis tres máquinas usan teflón en el barrel, y cortarlo justo a medida siempre fue un desafío. Así que imprimí esta pieza en PLA (marca 3N3) que permite cortar fácilmente dos largos distintos:

✂ 22 mm para la Artillery Hornet
✂ 49–50 mm para la Hellbot SE Pro

El tubo se desliza por el centro y se corta en las endiduras marcadas. Súper útil cada vez que cambio los teflones 🔁

📐 Configuración de impresión:
• Altura de capa: 0.2 mm
• Capa inicial: 0.24 mm
• Relleno: 15%
• 3 perímetros en paredes, piso y techo
• Nozzle: 205 °C | Cama: 60 °C
• Sin soportes

🔧 A simple but essential tool for my 3D printers: I designed this PTFE tube cutter with two precise lengths 🎯

Two of my three machines use PTFE in the barrel, and getting the exact cut was always tricky. So I printed this PLA piece (3N3 brand) that makes it easy to cut two specific sizes:

✂ 22 mm for the Artillery Hornet
✂ 49–50 mm for the Hellbot SE Pro

The tube slides through the center and is cut at the marked grooves. Super handy whenever I replace the PTFE tubes 🔁

📐 Print settings:
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• First layer: 0.24 mm
• Infill: 15%
• 3 perimeters on walls, bottom and top
• Nozzle: 205 °C | Bed: 60 °C
• No supports needed
