A CPU case for AM4 AMD CPUs. It features a clip to hold the case shut and a hinge.
Tested to print fine with Elegoo PLA+ and Overture PLA Pro, and doesn't require supports. Printed with 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill.
Materials required to assemble:
- 1x - case top (included in the STL model)
- 1x - case bottom (included in the STL model)
- 2x - 1" 2D finishing nail
Tools required to assemble:
- Hammer
Steps to assemble:
- Lay the bottom piece facing up on a flat surface (the CPU cutout will be visible)
- Lay the top piece facing down, so the hinge holes line up with the hinge holes on the bottom piece
- Flip the model on its side
- Insert one finishing nail into hinge
- Lightly tap the nail in with a hammer, until it is fully seated
- Flip the model to its other side
- Insert another nail into the hinge
- Lightly tap the nail in with a hammer, until it is fully seated
