One of the ears sheared off my existing door latch thumb turn, this model fits as a perfect replacement. You will need to re-use the rest of the existing hardware.
Should fit
Andersen Part #: 2573609
Works With:
200 Series Perma-Shield Gliding Patio Door
200 Series Narroline Gliding Patio Door
400 Series Frenchwood Gliding Patio Door
A-Series Gliding Patio Door
E-Series Gliding Patio Door
Print Settings:
Printed in PETG
6 Wall loops
15% infill
Assembly:
Use a 9/16ths socket in a vice to press the hardened steel retainer washer over plastic shaft that holds the flat bar after you feed it through the trim plate.
Then use a vice to press the steel pin through the shaft and flatbar.
Works great, not sure what the longevity will be like but I suspect as long as the print was solid and you dont overly jam it when locking the door it should last quite some time.
