This is the bell in question:
The bell itself features qty 2 tapped holes, which appear to be M4 size although M4 didn't thread through entirely easily, so I'm not sure.
You need qty 2 M4 35 mm bolts if clamping to a 31.8 mm handlebar section, which is the only diameter this model supports – if you need something else, I recommend remixing this version.
Warning that at 31.8 mm, the M4 bolts may scrape your handlebar due to geometry, see here:
