This is a round door wedge, that can be used in all orientations.
Material
The outer part has to be printed in TPU, the insert can be any other material.
The settings for printing are highly dependend on the kind of TPU or other Flex-material that is used.
For orientation I included the G-Code, I was using for printing with 90A-TPU.
Parts & Assembly
The doorwedge consists of two parts. One is the stopper itself. The other is the insert that can also be printed from a rigid filament.
There are two versions for this insert. One that can be screwed together:
Which one is better for your use-case depends on the softness of your TPU. I would recommend the screw-version. The perforations on the back-side are there to help screw both halves together using needle-nosed pliers:
Please note, that the height of both halves is not the same as you can see in the following image:
The 6.0mm high part of the insert will match with the lower halve of the TPU-stopper.
