This is a print which I designed for last years christmas cookie baking event when our existing dough roller sizes were insufficient. You roll out the dough in between the same sizes (in mm) and have uniform cookie size all thoughout your bakery. You can also add a second layer with a muster roll and a lower size dough roller which really is hard to achieve without these little helpers. The sizes can be stored within these three holding pieces (different variations available) which should leave them unbend in your storage unit.
Have fun using it, it really emphasizes my fun when I am baking cookies with my daughter! My personal recommendation is to use the number 5 (5mm) for first roll out and then the number 4 for the muster imprinting for butter cookies :)
