Labyrinth for Marble with Numbered Holes – Tabletop Game Accessory

This 3D-printed labyrinth is designed to replace traditional dice rolls in tabletop games, adding an extra layer of skill and excitement. The labyrinth consists of a series of increasingly difficult passages, with numbered holes scattered throughout its maze-like structure. Each hole is assigned a number, from 1 to 20 (okay I skipped a few in the middle, there are only 16 holes).

Usage:
This labyrinth replaces the traditional d20 or other dice in your tabletop role-playing games. Instead of rolling a die, players will place a marble at the starting point and use skill and precision to guide it through the maze. The result is determined by the numbered hole the marble lands in, offering a unique, interactive experience to your gameplay.

Perfect for games like Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, or other skill-based RPGs, this labyrinth adds a fun, physical challenge that tests your players' abilities beyond simple chance.

Printing

This is simple to print, no supports needed. Designed for 0.4mm nozzle.

Optionally, to make the numbers easier to read, you can change colors at 0.6mm and 1.4mm (layers 3 and 7 if printing 0.2mm layer height).

Ironing

To make the marble roll smoothly I recommend you add ironing to the surface before the walls are printed. To aid the ironing the model was designed with a tiny gap under the walls. If you choose not to iron, use the version without the gap. Note: use the version without the gap if you need to scale it up.

Sanding

To make the marble roll even more smoothly, you can also add a pause at 4.2mm (layer 22) after the ironing is completed to sand the surface perfectly flat and then resume printing the walls.

Hardware

The only hardware required is a 6.4mm steel ball bearing. Optionally you can also glue a 4mm diameter magnet into the hole underneath to hold the ball bearing in its storage spot.
