I liked the @BokuNoMaxi's design so I remixed it to be able to mount my PS4 controller on a desk. It can be tightened with a screw that is included.
The desk thickness can be max 20mm.
Print the mount as is, no supports. I printed it with .25mm layer, 2 walls and 15% honeycomb infill.
The screw need to be rotated 180 degrees - printed on it's head.
