Another variant of a Roku remote button delete. Slightly better fit than similar models for a TCL branded remote.

Man I hate these buttons.  I get that Roku uses their placement for revenue but doesn't mean we can't over engineer a solution to an inconvenience.

This is a super fast print and under 2g.  I used PLA that was loaded in my CC from a previous print but any material will work.

  1. Remove battery cover and batteries
  2. Remove the 4 screws (Phillips #000 head)
  3. Twist/Bend the remote and the plates will separate with a little force and allow dissemble
  4. Be careful as the ok/arrow button is 2 pieces and the separate membrane, these will likely fall out as you are taking ti a part for the first time
  5. Cut away the branded buttons, I just uses scissors but a knife or razor blade would also work
  6. Reassemble by placing membrane button, ok/arrow button (make sure to oriented OK properly), snap together
  7. reinstall screws, batteries,  and battery cover
