A simple cover to limit wind noise in Bose A20 microphone for open doors aircraft flights.
May not be super comfortable on the mouth but is extremely effective at cutting parasite noise created by the wind hitting the microphone on open doors helicopter flights. May also be useful on airplane, but untested at this point.

Updated version (v2)

now with better fit preventing the part from rotating
Prints in two parts with supports. Then assemble with screws and bolts
I recommend strong TPU 65D or higher, such as TPU-GF (for example SirayaTech TPU-GF works really well). May also work with PETG but untested and I don't recommend it
To assemble you will need:

Old version (v1)

There is a slight notch that will prevent the cover from rotating. No screws or bolts required with this version
Print in strong TPU, for example Bambu for AMS with Shore hardness of 68D. Avoid 95A as it will be too flexible. Do not print in none flexible material as it will be impossible to clip the part over the microphone wire
Some supports is required for best results. Also dry your TPU better than me for better a finish
