For the large ¼ Audio Jacks, not for the smaller 1/8 audio jacks that are more common.
Tested only on Motedis 40x40 aluminum profiles, but should work on any profiles with a 8mm slot.

Of course, you will need to solder some wires with a connector to it, depending on your needs.
You should definitely use something like hot glue to fill the hole with the wires coming out, to ensure that pulling on them won't pull on the solder connections.
