Hello !

Here a small support design for my extender on my handlebar. The support is capable to receive a quadlock interface and a light with the garmin standard interface.

To equipped this support, you will need :

  • 2xM3 nuts with nylon ring
  • 2xM3 screw provided with the quadlock interface (the original)
  • 2xM5 screws
  • 2xM5 nuts with nylon ring (preferrable)
  • Old tube small pads to secure the hardware without a scratch on it

You can print it in 0.6 nozzle for better mechanical resitance.

With this hardware, you will be able to have a (safe) view on your screen and the best sport possible for you light during night travel. There is 5° angle to allow a better view of the screen. This support will save you some space as well on the handlebar.

Design originaly designed for extender diameters 22mm.

So far so good after one year on the bike by every weather and ride length, this support is great to have it, in order to secure the phone, keep it under the hand, and be able to see at night my way.

I will be curious to receive any constructive feedback.

Happy riding,

Benoît
