This is a replacement shutter button for the older form of Primoflex, from Tokyo Kogaku, that has a central shutter lever placed below the taking lens (not the later model with the shutter button on the bottom left when looking at the camera).

The design is threaded but you're basically going to be self-tapping this as you screw it on anyway (and it screws on counter-clockwise, for reference), for which you'll likely need some pliers. As it's so small your tolerances will vary compared to mine.

I printed one in PolyMaker PolyTerra PLA and it works well, but something tougher would likely be better for long-term usage; as would printing it at 45 degrees (to reduce the risk of the top snapping off). I printed this one using tree supports at 45 degrees in OrcaSlicer. I'll likely sand this down to shape as I printed this with a 0.4mm nozzle, but you might not need to when printing on a finer setup.
