Hi,

I designed a custom bracket to hold the Continental flexfuel ethanol sensor I added to my '02 RHD HONDA S2000 AP1.

No additional hardware needed.

The bracket mounts on the side of the flywheel case (junction of engine and gearbox), under the intake manifold. The location is easily accessible from under the car, as shwo in the red rectangle in pictures.

Just unscrew the existing M10 bolt that is on the lower part of the intake manifold bracket, insert the flexfuel sensor bracket and screw the bolt back.

The bracket has a sort of pin that goes inside a free hole shape in the engine block,to help positioning.

The sensor just clips on the bracket.

I printed it in ASA+, verticaly with brim and tree supports.

Not recommended in PLA for temperature issues.

Might work in PETG.

Hope you enjoy.
