This simple variation of the classic WDT tools is designed with slightly loose tolerances to ease needle insertion and accommodate epoxy gluing.
BOM:
- 8x 75*0.35mm acupuncture needles. You can buy them in bulk on Aliexpress.
- Epoxy glue
- Some abrasive surface (sandpaper, grinding stone, brick wall, whatever)
Instructions:
- Carefully insert the 8 acupuncture needles in the mid section without bending them.
- Slab epoxy on the needles' handles and the sides of the cylinder part of the mid section
- Put the top section on, glue everything together
- Let cure for as long as necessary
- Grind the tips of the tines so you don't stab yourself every morning
- Enjoy.
