Hello,
for my latest project, I designed two water blocks to be used in my custom SFF PC build. The CPU block is designed to fit standard AM4 motherboards, while the GPU block is intended for a Zotac GTX 1060. The cooling plate inside both blocks was salvaged from an Alphacool Eisblock.
Each block features two G1/4" ports. The threads are 3D-printed and were re-tapped before the resin fully cured to ensure a proper fit. To prevent any leaks, I also applied a small amount of automotive silicone sealant — just to be safe.
