An AA cell is the same length as a C cell, but obviously a smaller diameter. Often the device using C cells doesn't really need the large capacity of C cells, and anyway rechargeable AA's are relatively inexpensive. So here's a neat way to power those devices needing C cells, without having to purchase those relatively expensive (and hard to find ) cells.
This is designed to use as little plastic as possible and to suit all AA cells. Depending on your device, use 2 or maybe 3 of these on each AA cell to replace a C-cell.
Probably best with PETG rather than PLA because of the need for the 'spring' to remain fairly tight.
Recommend using a brim since contact with the bed is only a small area.
Each part is 10mm high.
I also provide a 'full size' AA cell sleeve (45mm) if that is your requirement. I've not printed this part.
