I took the original “square” icon and duplicated it. Moved the copy up and to the right, sunk it by half of its thickness, and then used negative parts to exclude in interior parts. Then I merged everything to end up with one assembly.
Everything was resized and arranged to fit into a 220mm*220mm bed (largest dimension is 216mm), but it can be scaled as a whole STL to maximise your print bed. (In the photo, the prints are laid out as I sent them to the printer; later I re-arranged them for a better fit on the plate.) Presently exported as one STL, in the slicer it can be split into parts, to re-size any component to your liking.
I printed mine with an uniform 146mm width, and the 'x' and '□' also have 146mm height. The '-' is only 14mm in height. All 3 are 12,6mm in thickness. Other than that, they were printed with 2 walls and 3 top and bottom surfaces, and 10% cubic infill. Used a 0,4mm nozzle and 0,2mm layer height. I used FormFutura ePETG 'Traffic Black'.
