I searched the internet for a saw blade storage solution that I liked, and not finding one to my liking, I made my own. Enjoy.

These trays can be used individually or as a set to stack and store as many blades as you'd like or your drawer can fit. The top and bottom are not necessary for storage but are included so you can cover the blades to keep out saw dust and other shop debris and protect the blades even better.

Heads up, This will not fit on a 256mm bed. I tried my best, but fitting a 10" blade, plus clearance, plus the wall thickness I wanted made this difficult. You need at least 264mm to print my files, so more realistically 270mm+. Sorry... I tried. If you want to remix this and try to get under 256, more power to you. Even taking the blade tooth tolerance down to 0.025" between tooth and plastic would only leave 0.37mm thick walls at the thinnest point. That is not what I'd consider reliable enough to share with the community.

EDIT: I finally got around to redesigning this for a smaller bed. Enjoy.

I recommend printing with 3-4 walls, 1 mm top and bottom layers (makes important parts solid), and 10%-20% of your infill of choice (I used gyroid).  I recommend not using PLA for the sake of the push button compliant mechanism in the middle and instead using PETG, ABS, or ASA.

If this is well received, I plan to work on a dado storage system with a similar form factor. I'm thinking through how I want to handle inserts and shims before I start.
