Three options are uploaded, with inner spaces of 10, 12 and 14 mm. Feel free to reach out or use the attached .f3d parametric model if you need a different size.
For a two-colour print, switch filament at 2mm. The shapes on the covers can be achieved using Octagram spiral as the bottom fill pattern.
The book is held closed with friction, with the help of small wedges on the left side. It might be a little tight at first, but should become just right after some use. If you are having trouble with it, you can file the wedges down a little.
