I printed in TPU and PLA, both work great. The PLA fit was looser for the same settings but still workable. The pictures and cutaway diagram are for an 18mm diameter B6 engine.
I'm posting 2.5 thru 5.5 in half millimeter steps. I can post others or you can remix the 3mm STEP file. Or ... rescaling, either uniform or non-uniform, in your slicer is probably the fastest way to make small adjustments if you want to adjust the fit. One more option to consider would be XY compensation for very small adjustments to the fit.
