This adapter adapts my existing bowls to this cat food stand. It also tilts them by 30 degrees.

This adapter solves two problems for me. First, I have many bowls that are slightly smaller than the original stand. Second I hear that a tilted bowl is good for whisker fatigue. I have no idea if that's true but my cats preferred the tilted bowl over the flat one.
Check the FreeCAD file for variables defining the bowl diameter, stand diameter, and the outer rim diameter. You could change the angle and anything else you want but I didn't create a variable for that.
I printed with PLA in the given orientation with supports. I also used PLA support material for the interface. Without that, removing the supports was difficult.
v3 update adds a hole in the back for grabbing a bowl when removing.
