For storing CNC cutter I had seen various designs that store tubes on their side making it easy to see all the tools however the ones I found only supported shorter tubes (50mm cnc bits) for small diameter cutters (<=6mm) but wouldnt fit the longer ones I had or larger cutters.
This seemed like an opertunity to have a go with openscad so I have created a configurable holder for square tubes which should allow customisation for any size of tube you have. I have put the holder variants I have tested so far as STL files and will add any others I need once I have tested them, for other variants these can be generated from the openscad source or I can upload other combinations if there is interest.
The sourcode is derived from the gridfinity rebuit openscad project.
