This cargo bracket is designed with very tight tolerances. The hinge features a 5 mm knuckle and a 4.8 mm pin and is completely print-in-place. After printing, the hinge needs to be broken free.
On the bottom, there is a 100 × 30 mm recess for attaching Velcro tape.
The current versions of Orca Slicer, Bambu Studio, and Creality Print appear to move the two objects closer together during slicing. The prepared version is intended to compensate for this behavior. Be sure to check the hinge tolerance in your slicer’s preview before printing.
For aesthetic reasons, I added modifiers with a very slight fuzzy skin on the contact sides.
