It is printed in 3 seperate parts.

Case and Bottom must be printed in ASA, they are fuse together with a few drops of acetone. I mean a few drops (3-4), it does not take much.

The lid can be printed in PETG or ASA, I find tape sticks better to PETG, your results may vary. Avoid using PLA, it can no handle the heat from the sun and will warp.

The little tab (red circle on the picture must be cut after printing, it is just to make the small edge print better.

Install in the model

  1. Cut a small hole in the mylar on the inboard wing, close to the center rib.

  2. The case is glued in with super glue or epoxy to the back is agains the leading edge and the small flap rests on the wing spar.

  3. Then add tape to tape the rest of the case flap (thin section) to the mylar.

  4. Cut out the opening for the shutoff and battery.

  5. Plugin the valve and then the shutoff module and battery can slide in (battery wires facing down).

  6. Add the lid, and tape it down

Resist the urge to install the case agains the center section, you will have a hard time adding the lid once the valve holder is installed.
