This is a foldable, origami-style card box , made specifically for TCG cards.
I needed a box to ship a decent amount of cards, in sleeves, without having to topload all of them.
The model is fully parametric, so you can easily adjust its size depending on how many cards you want to store, ship, travel with, etc.

The box is designed to be printed flat, then folded into shape after printing. No hinges, no glue, no magnets. Just folds.

Features

  • Designed for TCG-sized cards

  • Parametric model (easy to customize)

  • Prints flat, folds into a box

  • Clean, simple geometry

  • Ideal for deck storage, transport, etc

How to Customize the Size (Fusion 360)

You can change the size of the box directly in Fusion 360 using parameters.

  1. Open the F3d file

  2. Go to Modify → Change Parameters

  3. Look for the parameter " NbCards "

  4. Change the value to match how many cards you want ( bellow 5 can have weird reaction, above 55 can be too big for most build plate )

  5. The model will automatically resize to fit

No manual scaling needed. The folds and proportions update automatically.

Printing Notes

  • Print flat as provided, with the grooves on the top.

  • No supports required

  • Works best with materials that allow slight flex (PLA works, PETG even better)

  • Layer height of 0.12 mm is best, no infill of course, just top/bottom layers

Use Cases

  • TCG decks

  • Compact card storage

  • Custom-sized card boxes without redesigning from scratch
