Made for code 83 rail if you try code 70 let me know in the comments how it's working. This is using my RR tie textured models
There are 2 sets of files here. 1 set is of the tie strips unsupported. The other is of the tie-strips supported. I have tested the supported files many times and this is the most efficient way to get lots of tie strips on a single plate.
The files labeled "OneSideWeb" means the webbing on one side of the track ties but it's detached. If you place the detached webbing side to the outside of the curve you can use very small radii.
