This is a model that goes around a metal hook that is to be installed on the ceiling of your squat rack to hold your barbells within your rack.
This print goes around a metal hook so that there is enough strength to hold the barbell but also to not damage the knurling. There is a recess for a nut so that you can tighten the hook onto the rack. This is intended to be mount vertically like shown in the picture.
I bought the hooks of aliexpress and they are M6 x 60 x 100.
Print Instructions:
Print Side A, Side B and 5 pins for one hook.
Assemble Instructions:
Roughen up the matting surfaces for better adhesion
Insert the 5 pins
Place the metal hook in place
Add super glue to the matting surface
Press the sides together and allow the glue to dry
Drill a hole in the squat rack and tighten a nut on either side of the metal to secure the hook in place.
