This is an accessory for the  Tealight Christmas tree (Vase Mode) from KaziToad — and fits onto it to provide ease of adding wire lights in lieu of tea lights. Not a remix — no changes made to the original geometry.  It is an add-on.

As the photos show, my wife filled a table with KaziToad’s Christmas trees, using conventional tealights for some, but also wanted some single and multicolor string (fairy) lights, but struggled with shoving the mess inside the tree and having to fumble with turning them on and off after fishing the switchbox out of the tree.

Her challenge to me was to design a base that holds the string light switch and provides framework for the string lights, allowing access to the switch from the bottom.

The parts are printed separately in PETG and glued together.  I used acrylic cement; however, cyanoacrylate  (CA) would work equally well.

There is enough flex to uncoil the spring to insert/remove the battery/switch box and the recessed switch is easily accessed on the bottom with a toothpick.
