I modelled these off of some Raybans, but optimized them for 3d printing. They have an integrated hinge that's surprisingly durable. This version does not have room for lenses. I have not scaled these, but that will affect the hinge's dimensions so they likely can't be altered too far in the slicer before they no longer function.
These print flat and snap together. The solid arm variant will stay slightly open when folded unless you bend the back of the arms down. The hinge is durable enough to remove the arms 2 or 3 times but will degrade beyond that.
I printed at .16 and .2 mm layer height. Larger than that should be fine, but I haven't tested it.
There's ample room to add text on the sides using Orca's emboss feature!
