This project provides an elegant solution to eliminate cable clutter in your home automation projects. The case integrates directly with a USB charger (EU, USA) , using it as a mechanical anchor to the power outlet.
The system is designed around a Universal Perforated Base Plate: an internal chassis with a grid pattern that allows you to screw in any PCB, sensor, or microcontroller (such as a Raspberry Pi Zero or an ESP32).
Fully Customizable & Modular:
Total Modularity: The charger holder is an independent piece, making it easy to adapt the case to different charger models.
Blank PCB Plate Included: I have uploaded a version of the internal mounting plate without holes, so you can easily customize the drill pattern for your specific hardware.
Blank Front Cover Included: A version of the front lid without the "T" opening is also available, allowing you to design your own ventilation or display cutouts.
Rail Mounting System: The electronics and the charger slide into internal guides for a perfect, screwless fit.
Easy Printing: Geometry optimized for FDM printing with minimal support requirements.
