This is a model from the engineers wrench, which has been designed in a way to be printed as easily and cleanly as possible. only minimal assembly is required.
The air gap between the mating surfaces is 0.15mm which should result in a nice fit. The parts should be glued together though.
The last image shows the faces in red which should be laying flat on the bed when printing.
