I found a stackable slot car track model online but was unsatisfied with how it couldn't be printed without supports. This design is easy to print laying on its side. It includes a base piece to improve stability and worked pretty well for me even on carpet.
Designed for Tyco track with a couple mm of margin on the track width to accommodate curved track. I've included the FreeCAD file if someone wants to modify the width for other track manufacturers.
Sorry for the poor photo, I didn't think to take a photo of the print over the holidays and left all of this at my parents' house.
