Since I hate crimping fine JST connectors and dislike soldering connections I made a cover including Phoenix Connectors

This is my solution to extend Motorcables including phoenix connectors and a Cable strain relieve.
You need:
1x Cable gland M16 (2x if you use the "2 Outlet cover" Variant)
1x Phoenix connector ( the cover fits up to 2x 4-Phoenix Connectors) You find it on Ebay, Amazon, etc. just search for "Phoenix Type Connector 4-Pole"
2x M3x20+ Screw
To mount it to the back of the Motor I recommend diagonal mounting. Either short the long screws that hold the motor together or remove 2. Whichever you feel most comfortable with.
I will improve the design since i want the cover parts to lock into each other to transfer stress better from the cover plate and maybe improve the sealing surface.
