Fast-printing replacement part for worn out Joy-Con thumbstick silicone top cap. Based on the original design, but slightly bigger (17mm diameter vs 15mm of the original) and added grooves for better grip. Smooth version can be found here.
Must be printed in TPU or other flexible material. Print with top facing the build plate with suitable settings for your material. Small layer height (0.12mm or 0.16mm) recommended to get the details to print nicely. No supports needed.
Pretty snug fit so you might want to test print one and adjust the size or X-Y compensation slightly if necessary.
