The soundbar sits about 12mm off from the wall, so it does angle down a bit. There's no rattling with heavy bass, however. Low profile version should make it more flush, but it is untested.
I printed in TPU. It should work with hard filaments, but I haven't tested it.

EDIT: My TPU melted (it was attached to an uninsulated garage wall) so I reprinted with ASA - confirmed working with hard filament without rattle.
