This is a modified Klicky Probe dock part. Specifically "Dock_mount_variable_pt2_v2".
I shaved off a little over 6mm from the top. This was to make it compatible with the A4T/XOL carriage on a Voron 2.4.
So far, from what I can tell, you don't need any other modified parts.
