My toe strap on my splitboard binding broke so I designed a new one. I know it costs only 3€ but this is cheaper and you don't have to wait that long.
I printed on with TPU-96 and one with PETG (the less perimeters the better, so it's more bendable). I couldn't tighten the TPU one as much as the one printed with PETG because the tooth started skipping as it got tighter.
One model has wider base for pin the other one has bigger tooth count.
Printed as shown. TPU with brim PETG without.
