Overview

The Supa-Whoop V24 is a high-performance 75mm brushless frame designed from the ground up for racing and aggressive freestyle. This design specifically addresses the mounting "clashes" found in many universal frames when trying to combine a standard 25.5mm square canopy (like the Air65) with a 1S stick battery.

Key Improvements

  • True Square Mounting: The 25.5mm mounting posts are in the $0^\circ/90^\circ$ orientation. This provides a 100% clear path for your screwdriver to reach the flight controller bolts—no more fighting with the battery holder ribs!

  • The "Smooged" Cradle: An asymmetric side-loading battery holder. The ribs are offset at -8.0mm and +7.0mm to provide a tight friction fit for standard 300mAh–450mAh 1S stick batteries while maintaining center-of-gravity balance.

  • High-Velocity Ducts: Inner diameter is set to 31.8mm. When paired with standard 31mm props, the sub-1mm gap significantly increases low-end thrust and efficiency.

  • Box-Frame Bracing: Features integrated outer braces and hub gussets to reduce frame resonance and prevent motor-arm snapping during hard gate hits.

Beta Flight Notice ⚠

This is the V24 Final CAD Design. While the geometry and tolerances have been verified in the model, I have not yet flight-tested this specific version. I am looking for "Beta Pilots" to print it, fly it, and leave feedback or a "Make" so I can continue to improve the design!

Print Recommendations

  • Material: PLA (for testing), TPU 95A or PA-CF (for racing).

  • Supports: Tree Supports are mandatory. Set to "Touching Buildplate Only" to keep the battery channel clean.

  • Walls: 3 Wall Loops (Minimum).

  • Layer Height: 0.2mm or 0.16mm for best duct smoothness.

If you test this please tell me on how it preforms.
